NUESTRO ESTADIO CAPITALINO!


Estadio Tiburcio Carias Andino is a multi-use stadium in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium has a capacity of 35,000 people and it is the home of football clubs Motagua and Olimpia.

The National Stadium of Tegucigalpa was built during the administration of dictator Tiburcio Carias Andino. The stadium has a capacity crowd of 35,000 people and its home to Club Deportivo Olimpia and Club Deporivo Motagua. In 1981 This stadium was host to 6 CONCACAF nations (Honduras, Mexico, El Salvador, Canada, Haiti and Cuba) for Spain 1982's final round of World Cup qualifying soccer games.
